Sorry I couldn't finish the translator.

You have to translate your code manually.

Or implement a translator - which is not very difficult (If you don't
want to do type estimation).

There is another octave compiler project on
http://www.stratego-language.org/Octave/OctaveCompilerDocumentation

try it - and tell me about it :-)
