I am poriting existing code to octave. One function gcf is missing from octave. Is there a function or a way to do the similar thing as gcf in matlab?
Not yet. gcf is part of Matlab's handle graphics. Similar functionality has been proposed and partially implemented for octave, but it is not yet a part of octave, and is not yet complete.
