bugs in delaunay and tsearch

I've encountered bugs in the delaunay and tsearch functions.  Since 
these are in octave-forge, I'm guessing I shouldn't submit a report to 
address@hidden  Do I submit via the bug link on octave.sourceforge.net? 
 Perhaps also a note to address@hidden
