is probably the most upto date, since Paul tries to keep it upto date,

even here I can identify at least one thing that is no longer true

in datenum has been removed recently).
He doesn't try very hard. ;-)
I removed some of the resolved issues. If I remove all of them there
won't
be much of a document left! Anyone with an octave-forge account can add
issues that I have missed.
