pgnuplot: not found

Hello,

I've just tried to install cygwin/octave according to John's hints on

ftp://ftp.octave.org/pub/octave/README.Windows

I followed the steps 1 - 11, 17 (installing the binary package)

After starting octave I've got this error:

What is the problem? gnuplot is installed but there is no pgnuplot
anywhere in the whole cygwin installation.
