Yes, sort of.
I think the most recent binary package that I made was for 2.1.49, not
2.1.50. It would be very useful if someone could take over building
binary Cygwin packages for Windows systems. If anyone is interested
in doing this, I have some scripts I can give you that can help
automate the process.
