2.1.33 changelogs/cells

Hi,
is there some way to find out what has changed from 2.1.33 to
2.1.33 without examining the diff file?

Can 2.1.33 return the content of a cell correctly?

If not what has to be done?

I had the problem that I was not able to extract elements from
a cell into a matrix again.

e.g. a={rand(3)};
