updated oct2html,vrml tools

  Hello,

  this is just to say that I have just corrected a few glitches in
oct2html at http://anonimo.isr.ist.utl.pt:8080/~etienne/octave. 

  Also, I have put a few octave functions for producing vrml 2 code from
octave objects.

  Finally, I put a minor fix in the graphics tools on that url.
