install problem :in bash, path/install-octave cause cat not found

Dear octave window platform user:

 

in dos command

bin\bash

then the prompt

BIN/bash-2.01$  /gunwin32/b19/octave-2.0.13-i386-pc-cygwin32/install-octave

 

it response

cat: not found

/* I tried /bin/sh /gunwin32/b19/octave-2.0.13-i386-pc-cygwin32/install-octave

  still get the same eoor cat: not found */

 

I do have cat command in by c:\ bin directory

why it still can not find cat command?

need your help to modify this winddow platform installation problem, thanks in advance
