binary distribution installed - could not run

I installed a binary distribution for Solaris 2.5 that I
ftped.  But when I tried to run octave, I got the error
message:

ld.so.1: /bld/kwong/local/bin/octave.bin: fatal: libF77.so.3: can't open file: 
errno=2

Obviously, my system is missing this F77 lib.  Where can I
get hold of that?
