For me, <Shift+Left> and <Shift+Right> work fine.  It's just
<Shift+Up> and <Shift+Down> that don't work -- saying "Unbound key"
instead.  (It can be made to work, though, by using option -K, or
'set rebindkeypad' in your nanorc.)
