This is a well-known and long-standing bug with Mailman 
(http://www.list.org/faq.html, 'bout half way down).

Have you seen http://bugs.kde.org/db/34/34074.html ?  I have attached the 
README mentioned.  I am still trying to figure out how to acutally re-map 
that key.
