Hi Martin.  Thanks for debugging this further.  The LIBIDN_BUILDING
macro should be defined (and only be defined) when Libidn is being
built.

Please try latest 1.20.  Does adding

#define LIBIDN_BUILDING

to win32/include/config.h also solve the problem?  If so I can add this
for the next release.
