Yeah, IIRC I did. I have rebooted this machine since my e-mail, by the
way, but if I remember correctly, the -p switch made Hurd remember the
options, right?
Output of showtrans right now is
/servers/socket/2: /hurd/pfinet -6 /servers/socket/26 -i eth0 -a
192.168.1.250 -m 255.255.255.0 -g 192.168.1.254 -A
2001:610:6d0:babe::3/64 -G 2001:610:6d0:babe::1
/servers/socket/26: /hurd/pfinet -4 /servers/socket/2 -i eth0 -a
192.168.1.250 -m 255.255.255.0 -g 192.168.1.254 -A
2001:610:6d0:babe::3/64 -G 2001:610:6d0:babe::1
IPv4 works fine, by the way. I can ping 192.168.1.254, but when trying
to ping6 2001:610:6d0:babe::1 (which I can ping6 from a different IPv6
machine on that network) gives me:
64 bytes from localhost (::1): Destination unreachable: Address unreachable
(I remember I used to get Network unreachable and all kinds of other
errors too.)
Thanks for the reply!
