[help-gv] Spanish translation

Dear gv developers,

I would like to contribute to the project, doing the translation
to the Spanish language, however, I am not a programmer
and I have no previous experience with subversion or any other
versioning system.
Is there a relatively trivial way to set up a client for it, in order
to keep up with future updates of the program?
