[Help-gsl] Eigensystems and power iteration

Why in GSL there is no method for finding first *smallest/largest
eigenvalues-eigenvectors of matrices using Arnoldi iteration or at least
power iteration?

It's a very useful thing instead of computing all eigenvalues and
eigenvectors, I think many people need this.

Anyway I love your work, GSL is a very simple and complete library.
