[Help-gsl] How to set up GSL 1.11 for Windows on Visual Studio .NET 2003

I am using Visual Studio 2003 now and want to use GSL under Visual Studio.
Could you please tell me how to set up the GSL under Visual Studio 2003? I
found out some email related to the GSL package under windows. However, none
of them explained how to install it. I am a beginner, sorry for the simple
question. Thanks a lot.
