The following message is a courtesy copy of an article
that has been posted to mtl.test as well.

Is this really the GNUstep mailing list? I looked through the
archives, it's 90% spam. Why would I subscribe?

Is there some other source of interactive type help for GNUstep?

Well, since the question has been asked, I too feel that there is too
much spam going thru fencepost.gnu.org. Something should be done. I
would propose:

   - make the newsgroup gateways one way, mail-list -> newsgroup.
   - make the lists closed.
   - use some software on fencepost.gnu.org to detect and reject SPAM.
   - have some volunter to moderate the lists.

I'm not sure how to do (1), but I could ask. That would get rid of most of the spam right there.
