I confess I'm a bit confused about
datarootdir in the config suite, the documentation is a bit
contradictory.
I'll be putting up a new version 1.11 tomorrow with new configure stuff in, see how that goes. Running './configure --prefix=/usr/local', I get the following two ... ./configure: line 3958: LT_INIT: command not found ... config.status: WARNING: ingnubatch.conf contains a reference to the variable `datarootdir' which seems to be undefined. Please make sure it is defined ... NOTE: the `datarootdir' message occurs regaredless of whether or not the --datarootdir=<PATH> option is provided to configure libtool is installed on the systems. % rpm -qa | grep -i libtool libtool-2.2.6-2.131.1 Can you provide some assistnace in isolating the cause of these issues. I suspect that the datarootdir one is not serious, but a 'make' following the ./configure run fails with libtool errors. So I think that one needs to be resolved.
