Which system are you running on? Cygwin? Then you might consult
<http://debbugs.gnu.org/cgi/bugreport.cgi?bug=14030>.

Otherwise, please eval (setq tramp-verbose 6) and rerun the test. Show
the resulting debug buffer from Tramp.
