customize font for python mode

Hello,

I'd like to customize faces differently based on the major mode Im in.
My simplest case is:
if Im in python mode, I'd like font-lock-keyword-face to be blue, but
if I open a file in cperl mode I want it to be red.
My knowledge of elisp is pretty basic.
