Hi,
 I'm using multi-term package [http://www.emacswiki.org/emacs/
MultiTerm]. When I run the command multi-term, I get the following
error:

-------------------------------------------------------------
while: Wrong type argument: keymapp, nil
error in process filter: cd-absolute: /home/nipr/: no such directory
error in process filter: /home/nipr/: no such directory
--------------------------------------------------------------

My home directory is ``/home/nipra/''. In the above message I can see
that my home directory path is wrong.

My multi-term customisation:
(setq multi-term-program "/bin/bash")

I'm getting the same error with shell-pop also [http://
www.emacswiki.org/emacs-en/ShellPop].

My shell-pop customisation:
(require 'shell-pop)
(shell-pop-set-internal-mode "ansi-term")
(shell-pop-set-internal-mode-shell "/bin/bash")
(shell-pop-set-window-height 100) ;the number for the percentage of
the selected window. if 100, shell-pop use the whole of selected
window, not spliting.
(shell-pop-set-window-position "bottom") ;shell-pop-up position. You
can choose "top" or "bottom".
(global-set-key [f8] 'shell-pop)

My emacs-version is ``GNU Emacs 23.1.50.1 (i486-pc-linux-gnu, GTK+
Version 2.18.0) of 2009-09-27 on palmer, modified by Debian''.

Regards,
nipra
