Recent GNU Emacs 23.1.x and frames

Hello!

I observe today a strange behaviour of GNU Emacs 23.1.x from ten days  
or such ago. I have two frames open in X11. There are more X clients  
open. When I bring one of the two frames into the foreground, the  
other follows (although I don't want it here). Are more users  
observing this?
