Hi, 

yes if I do that I get the following error 

2009-09-14 13:13:13.143 Emacs[1766:10b] *** CFMessagePort:
bootstrap_register(): failed 1100 (0x44c) 'Permission denied', port =
0x2007, name = 'org.gnu.Emacs.ServiceProvider'
See /usr/include/servers/bootstrap_defs.h for the error codes.
