I am running Aquamacs right after installation on the OS mentioned 
below; I made no changes. Whenever I hit "C-x C-f", or generate any 
sort of message, or move to *Messages* buffer, everything fails with 
this message in the message window:

Font `-apple-monaco*-medium-r-normal--12-*-*-*-*-*-fontset-monaco12' 
is not defined
