How change behavior when move past last line on screen? |

There are various ways Emacs can handle someone
moving beyond last line of the screen in a long file....
1. show an entire new screen of file
2. show next line of file and move screenshot up one line
3. show half of old screen contents and half of new contents.
Is there any way to change this behavior???
I think default is (3.) which I don't like.
