One Window

  Hello-
  I'm using Emacs on Win2k, version 20.6.  I've read through documentation,
but I haven't been able to find an answer to my question:

  If I have an Emacs session/frame open already, and I open another file
(not using C-x C-f, but rather with my mouse by double-clicking on a .java
file, for example), it will spawn another frame.  I would like to have it
open a new buffer in the existing frame/session.  How do I accomplish this?

  Any help would be greatly appreciated.
