Greetings,
Ever since the merger of the DMSC and P_DB_# collections into the Defect
database my ability to edit and submit changes has been revoked. I have
tried contacting the global help desk but over the past two weeks they have been
distinctly unhelpful. Any help in this area would be greatly
appreciated.
