[Help-glpk] MPS free format enhancement

Hi,

I would like to be abe to read in (& I suppose write) so called
"free-format" MPS file.

This feature was recently added to LP_SOLVE 5.0.
Also supported by CPLEX, XPress-MP, MOSEK and LINGO.
