The card function is not implemented yet. However you can compute the
cardinality of a set as follows:

   sum{set} 1

>2. what's "eps" meaning in "Marginal" column? 

This means that although corresponding variable is non-basic, its
reduced cost is close to zero, i.e. the problem is dual degenerative.
