[help-gengetopt] gengetopt and gmake

I'm trying to integrate gengetopt into some GNUmakefiles we have.

The problem I've come up against is that there is no way to specify that
gengetopt is to only generate
either the .h or the .c. I have hacked around the problem by, when
generating the .h, setting the c file extension
to c.temp, then deleting it. The same is used when producing the .c.

Would it be possible to add command line flags to specify that it is to
only produce either the .h or the .c?
