So here the answer :

On the policyhost, in the 'control' section define
LastSeenExpireAfter = ( 10 )

Then in the 'alerts' section something like :

alerts:
        myclass::
                FriendStatus(240) 

And call 'cfagent -q -Dmyclass' and it will tidy the db for you removing
entries that are more than 10 days old (well for which the machine
didn't connect for more than 10 days).

I tested and it worked.
