@ERROR: access denied to cfengine from unknown (142.173.xxx.yyy)

Hello All.

I'm getting the following error from a client box that is running
cfengine 1.6.3 after the box (it's running dhcp) has it's ipaddress
changed.  On the cfengine server I've edited the cfengine.conf file and
it reflec's the new ipaddress but I'm still receiving this error
message.  I've been reading through the archive's but had not found
anything yet that describes my problem.
