Please help on running bison on WinXP

Surf to http://cygwin.com/ and install the Cygwin package. Cygwin is a
UNIX environment that runs on top of Windows. It includes Flex and
Bison. It should work with Windows XP.

am able to run bison on WinXP. Is there any way to do so? If yes, please
