Dear Axel and Luis,
Finally installed my GnuHealth server and desktop client in Ubuntu 18.04. Great.
1. Still have no idea how I can set up the Web Client?
2. I have some experience writing ASTM interface with some lab instruments.
Where to start if I would to interface the lab instrument output data to
GnuHealth server? Where can I find more technical document regarding Thalamus /
Federation?

In my completely biased opinion, yes.
openSUSE offers packages for installation, and it gets tested with openQA
Packages for Debian/Ubuntu should be available as well, maybe this helps as
well!
