Your help is truly appreciated. I've used an implementation using visits/appointments  Urgent/emergency and with two differens specialities  (Urgency PlaceA, UrgencyPlaceB) to discriminate attentions in two different buildings for the same Institution/hospital, two dofferent emergency admissions. To keep track of the patients in emergency observation rooms, i'm using hospitalization in ubications in those two buildings. I've made four menu items with their custom searches as dominions for all patients, defining dominions , and for patients in observation rooms.

But i have a doubt... i wished i had a way to show patient details for one of those inpatient registers in hospitalization or one of those appointments. Does someone know how to really use models, dominions, etc. to make new window-actions for new custom  menu items?

May you be more specific in describing your process?

The admission process for an emergency department is not much different of the usual admission process. The few differences are for example:
- a patient may not need to be registered
- no appointment needed
- etc.

Can't you achieve this by using  patient evaluation and hospitalisation?

Kind regards,

Armand
