Right. The default dose, unit, form and admin route are taken from the
medicament model.

You specify that on the "Frequency" column, directly from the tree
(list) view. You have the most common admin frequencies already, but GNU
Health prescription allows you to specify custom frequencies.

We can select '3 times a day' from the 'Frequency' column. But where to enter '5 ml' which may vary depending on age of the patient. Please note that we can manage entry of '2 tablets' or '3 capsules' by using 'X' in detail view of prescription line. It would really be nice if we can have some thing like 'X' for solutions where we can enter '5 ml' or anything like it.

Notes for the patient can be place at medication at each prescription
line ("Comment" column), for the specific med, or globally at the notes
field.
