Thank you very much for the quick answer! The problem was that health profesioniales had no license number, corrected that and the problem was solved.

Are you using the standard method on installation[1] and update for the
GNU Health kernel[2] ?

If so, please try to follow step by step the instructions. I just
released patchset 3.0.2, so you might want to use this latest
version.

Also, make sure your health professionals licenses are unique in the
original DB, since we added a constraint on 3.0 .

Let us know how it went.
