[Health] Health services stock deduction

Hi guys. Please I have a situation.  If a customer who isn't a patient walks into pharmacy and buys drugs. I use health services to invoice the drugs.  But it doesn't automatically deduct from stock.only prescription deduct via stock moves.  But I want it to work via health services invoice because he is not a patient. Thanks.
