Hello Raymond,

I'm answering private as my purpose is not primary related to the list.

As far as I know GNU-Health and Tryton require the application in the moment.
I verified GNU-Health long time and intensive to make a presentation
for it and sure with some commercial purpose.

The whole framework should run as web-application too, but as some
basics are included in the Tryton-Application the web-framework had to
be programmed.

Id'd like to realize that project with my partners and if you're
interested in our service we'd appreciate talking more concrete with
you.

Feel free to contact me for any questions.

Best Regards,
David Bruchmann
