The whole GNU Health archive is at GNU FTP site
http://ftp.gnu.org/gnu/health/
The latest on 1.8 series is 1.8.1 . Do you remember which version you
had installed ?
ABout upgrading, let's first restore your system, and once you have it,
you can upgrade it, but now you should focus on restoring your DB.
