I have the following issues in using GNU health:

1. How can i issue a invoice to a patient ?

You have to install the health_services module [1]. More information on [2]

 

2. Where can i put the X Ray & MRI records  for a patient?

You can attach binary files to any arbitrary model (patient, evaluation, etc). The attachment button is on the toolbar. On click it opens the attachments dialog.

3. Which software i have to use to print the patient report in Windows systems ?

To print reports you can use LibreOffice [3]. Also you can install unoconv [4] in your server and export the reports to PDF and many more formats.
