dear faizal,
do make a backup of your data, by dumping your postgresql database.
if you are paranoid, do do a backup of your tryton home directory and
python ste-packages trytond directories, but do so after you have
stopped the trytond server!
thereafter, you can safely update. do not forget to call trytond with
the "-u" parameter for transparent database update.
if anything goes wrong, you can always roll back using your backups.
before i forget: have you updated trytond already? i recommend you do
so before going for the latest gnu health version!
