..which assumes that you have gnu health aready installed.

For package building this is not the best idea to run a wget during the 
RPM-build. I would like to fetch the languages beforehand, and do this 
automated, similar as for the source files of Tryton and GNU Health.

No problem, although I see the issue more in the package building for 
languages, less for the languages itself
