(you need to subscribe firts) to check whether is really a bug or
misconfiguration issue. If it is, we'll be happy to file a bug.

Also, specify well the steps that lead you to generate the problem.

If you have configured the system and logged in as a health professional, the
related user would be shown as a default.

Please try to reproduce it in the demo database.
