I'm currently doing a big reorg of gfx code, it will probably
not compile out of CVS until later this evening. gfx/ is now
the main graphics directory, instead of gzz/gfx/gl, which will
now only contain the .java files.
The mature things from lava/gfx were moved to gfx/ or basalt/gfx,
depending on the nature.
