[guss-hackers] a small progress report

The memory and I/O systems are somewhat working.  I can
write characters two an UART that is attached to the I/O
bus using the x86 "outb" instruction.  It's quite slow
though (~10 milj insns / sec) , but I guess that can be 
optimized later on.

I'll probably work more and more on the i386 cpu implementation,
so we can get something running.  

Other are free to implement other CPU :)
