[Guppy-announce] Guppy 1.0.0

Hi,

I'm proud to announce the release of Guppy 1.0.0. I'd like to make a
special thanks to Jürgen Bausa for providing constant feedback during
the development of Guppy and for translating Guppy into German.

Changes in this release are:
  * Enable Guppy to be run by non-root users on Fedora Core. 
  * Add application launcher. 
  * Handle error when source file is no longer available. 
  * Fix PVR path bar buttons.
