* guix/scripts/refresh.scm (%options): Add -m option,
(show-help): document it,
(get-manifest-packages): new procedure,
(guix-refresh): use packages from manifest if specified, otherwise
keep the previous behaviour.
* doc/guix.texi (Invoking guix refresh): document new option.
