    linux-modules: Support 'modprobe.blacklist' on the command line.
    
    * gnu/build/linux-modules.scm (file-name->module-name)
    (module-black-list): New procedure.
    * gnu/build/linux-modules.scm (load-linux-module*): Add #:black-list
    parameter.
    [black-listed?, load-dependencies]: New procedures.
    Use them.
